Executive Vice President Workers' Compensation

Mark Williams

Mark Williams is responsible for the strategic expansion of Atlas’ various product offerings driving submission volume along with profitable results. Other responsibilities include program development, brand and content management, and agency expansion and oversight. Williams has held several key roles within the organization. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President – WC Underwriting, prior to leading the Marketing team. He has 14 years of experice including underwriting, marketing, audit, loss control and claims handling within the workers’ compensation space. Prior to Atlas, Williams’ experience includes various roles within Preferred Employers Insurance, a subsidiary of W.R. Berkley.

Vice President of Operations of Titan Claims Management

Patrick Williams

Patrick is responsible for all non-technical claims operations, revenue management, financial accounting and contractual compliance – as well as primary responsibility for all managed care oversight functions and ancillary service vendor relationships. Patrick works with Titan’s service partner entities to ensure technical compliance and qualitative performance, and his extensive experience in program design and implementation is leveraged to achieve efficient and cost-effective operational results for Titan’s clients.

Patrick has over 20 year of experience in both the workers’ compensation claims and managed care arenas, including extensive experience in the implementation, management, and regulatory oversight of medical cost containment programs. Before joining Titan, Patrick held executive leadership positions in the managed care space with Tristar Risk Management and Patriot Risk Services. Prior to that, Patrick served as Director of Managed Care for Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies where he successfully transitioned the organization’s core managed care programs to an in-sourced service-oriented model. Patrick is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration/finance.

Director of Claims of Titan Claims Management

Jacqueline Wilder

Jacqueline is responsible for technical claims oversight activities, qualitative improvement, claims auditing., litigation management and broker/policyholder service. Jacqueline’s expertise in large loss reserving, claim investigation and litigation management support her analysis and audit of claim files to ensure expeditious and economical resolutions.

Prior to joining Titan, Jacqueline was a Senior Claim Representative at AIG. As a dedicated adjuster on large accounts, Jacqueline handled complex claims for owner-controlled insurance policies (OCIPs), seasonal farm labor contractors, and addiction rehabilitation facilities. Jacqueline is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Operations Research.

Claims Analyst of Titan Claims Management

Natalie Cicconi

Natalie is responsible for supporting claims oversight activities including auditing for reserve accuracy and compliance with best practices and litigation management.

Natalie is a graduate of Cal State San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She previously held the position of senior claims adjuster for approximately 10 years before joining Titan.

Clinical Director

Shelly DeVore

Shelly is responsible for providing clinical oversight, expertise, and support to the Atlas claims program that includes field and telephonic case management service, utilization review and pharmacy management,  Shelly’s expertise and experience in both nursing and catastrophic case management enables her to provide valuable clinical insight and recommendations to the claims team to ensure cost-effective and quality medical care, with a specific emphasis on medically complex and catastrophic losses.

Shelly has over 35 years of nursing experience, with 25 years in the worker’s compensation claims and managed care space.  Prior to joining Titan, Shelly was a catastrophic case and network manager for Paradigm Outcomes/Alaris.  Prior to that, Shelly served as Director of Business Development for Care Meridian and held supervisor and catastrophic case management positions with Gates McDonald, GSG & Associates and Corvel. Shelly is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science of Nursing,  and Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in Health Care Administration.
